Wedding planning usually means five apps and 10 spreadsheets. WedBuild runs everything from one guest list — an RSVP updates your headcount, dietaries, budget and seating chart in one motion. Includes drag-and-drop visual seating chart, QR "Find My Seat" codes guests scan at the reception (we built it for our own wedding first), a budget tracker, checklist, AI assistant and a free wedding website. Free to start; A$99/A$199 once. Never a subscription — weddings end, software bills should too.
