What is SPM-Polaris?
SPM-Polaris is the production SPMOS product: a provider proxy with governed long-term memory for AI agents. Candidate memory is evidence-gated before admission; when nothing qualifies, it returns UNKNOWN and injects no memory. Every receipt is auditable.
