SmartPause is a native macOS menu bar app for people who spend long days at a desk and want breaks that are useful enough to keep. It combines micro breaks, longer recovery breaks, guided neck/shoulder/eye/posture resets, smart interruption detection, Pomodoro, Focus Guard, and History & Trends.
