What is ShotDay?

ShotDay is a GLP-1 injection tracker for Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro & Zepbound. Beyond dose reminders and shot history, it reads HealthKit body composition data (body fat %, lean mass, BMI) that other trackers skip - so you see if you're losing fat or muscle, not just weight. It also estimates your medication level between shots based on peer-reviewed pharmacokinetics, rotates injection sites, and exports a clean PDF for your doctor. Not medical advice - for tracking only.
