ParkTimer tracks what parking actually costs you — it doesn't find or pay for spots. One tap to start/stop, real-time cost (hourly rate, daily cap, rounding), full history with a monthly chart and CSV export. Free forever, local-first, no account needed. Optional paid sync across devices via Stripe. Available in Portuguese and English.
