NECK is an opinionated meta-stack for building full-stack apps without inventing architecture from scratch. It combines Nuxt/Vue, where frontend structure has a clear “Nuxt way,” with Encore.ts, where backend services, APIs, databases, crons, Pub/Sub, logging, tracing, and generated clients are first-class primitives.
