Keepwatch

What is Keepwatch?

Keepwatch tracks the lifecycle of business contracts so you can manage your renewals and terminations. Keepwatch gives you notices before your contracts expire tied to the actual notice and termination provisions. Scan a paper contract on iPhone or drag a PDF onto your Mac; it reads the document on the device and suggests the dates, notice period and parties for you to confirm. Reminders lead up to the deadline, and it drafts notice letters. No account, no server. Free for 3 contracts.
