What is Bubbles: Sourdough Companion?
Co-developed this with my wife who's a baker, and we implemented readiness tests, diagnosis, rescue, feeding, adaptive feeding (not just a fixed 24 hour), freezing or sleeping your starter, with step by step instructions for EVERYTHING. Bubbles knows, bubbles learns. But there is no AI involved. Everything is done and kept on your device 100%. The algorithm is completely local. Recipes: schedule when you want fresh bread, and bubbles takes care of the rest, it sets up an entire schedule for you.
