Most AI fitness apps generate a plan once and lock the useful parts behind a subscription. AI Trainer builds your training and nutrition plan around your actual equipment and limitations, then keeps adapting: swap an exercise that doesn't work for you, get a matching 7-day nutrition plan, and turn it into a shopping list automatically. No subscription, no paywall on core features. Built solo after my own 28kg weight loss journey through countless apps that all eventually asked for money.
