What is Whistling Citizen?
Democracy does not begin at the ballot box. It begins when citizens choose to engage with the places they live. Whistling Citizen is a civic participation platform that enables citizens to document local issues, validate community concerns, and bring greater visibility to the everyday challenges affecting their neighbourhoods. By connecting public observations with constituencies and representatives, the platform creates a more transparent and accountable civic ecosystem.
