What is LANterm?
LANterm is an open-source terminal chat app for people on the same WiFi or LAN. Run it, pick a username, and everyone else on the network running it just shows up — no server, no accounts, no setup. Messages travel peer-to-peer over UDP and never leave your local network. → Single executable, no runtime to install → Automatic peer discovery → Change your username anytime → MIT licensed For LAN parties, offices, workshops and hackathons.
