What is FirstLook?
Hiring is broken. Applications have tripled since 2021, many are AI-generated, and recruiters waste hours screening noise. FirstLook flips it. Candidates answer one short skills question first, and you see the work before the CV. Behavioural signals - time spent, edit patterns, revision depth - show who genuinely engaged with the task. AI doesn’t judge talent. FirstLook surfaces talent. Free tier, no card.
