What is Altus?
Altus 3.4 — Train, Eat, and Compete Together This is our biggest update yet. A new Community experience, a full Nutrition + Meal Planning system, and an entirely redesigned Analytics suite. • New Community Tab — Add friends, share programs and exercises with codes, and see each other's activity. A friends-only leaderboard replaces the old global one, so your ranking is against people you actually know.
