Senders can use expiring public or private links, verify uploads with email OTP, whitelist recipient emails, and approve, deny, revoke, or restore private access from a dashboard and email notification. New AI tools summarize file risk and convert plain-English sharing instructions into recommended settings, while recipients can optionally scan files for malware before downloading.
