什么是 Skill Base？

Skill Base is a privately deployable Agent Skills distribution hub. It lets teams publish, install, and version-control internal standards, APIs, and business workflows as private Skills. Run it locally or on your intranet. Engineers use the CLI (skb), while PMs/QA can publish via a drag-and-drop web UI. It keeps sensitive data in-house, prevents version drift, and syncs updates across projects and IDEs.
