Run Buddy AI is an audio-first running coach for structured workouts. It guides you with spoken cues, pacing targets, coaching, and post-run analysis, so you can stay focused. Ask the coach for a workout that fits today’s available time, then run with live guidance in your headphones. For the richest experience, connect an OpenAI-compatible or OpenRouter API key; Run Buddy AI also works with Apple Intelligence where available. API usage is lightweight, usually less than a few cents per workout.
