LucenaCoder is a free, privacy-friendly coding harness built around maximizing token-efficiency. It operates entirely client side with no login required. Open a folder and begin, or use npx lucenacoder to connect to local folders. LucenaCoder requires an OpenRouter API key to provide access to models. Your key remains entirely local, just like your code.
