BitFun is a cross-platform desktop agent whose core code is MIT-licensed. It works in real Git repositories and can turn a task into a small, stateful Mini App instead of leaving the whole workflow in chat. A Rust runtime keeps model adapters, permissions, tools, sessions, and cross-device sync behind explicit boundaries.
