Alano is an open-source cat mascot built to fix a specific problem: AI image models redraw a character differently every time you prompt them. This repo pins each generation to fixed reference images and a locked style prompt, so the same mascot stays consistent across new poses, scenes, and short videos. Includes the reference set, generation scripts, and post-processing (cutouts, loops). Code is MIT; the character is free for commercial use, no reselling the assets or claiming the IP.
