It replaces the group chat, the shared calendar, and the spreadsheet nobody trusts, with one page only your people can see: a booking calendar where weeks are requested and approved, expense tracking with receipts and split rules, arrival and departure checklists, photo albums, and house info like the WiFi and alarm codes. One price per property. Everyone you invite uses it for free.
