什麼是 Retain？

Retain is retention and payments infrastructure for businesses whose customers either return or don't. It identifies customers drifting from their usual pattern, brings them back using habit research, then goes quiet once the behaviour holds. Every intervention runs against a group deliberately left alone, so the number you see is the difference we caused, not a coincidence. Web and PWA install as a script. Anything else sends events over the HTTP API. No charge until the business earns.
