Rebrief scans any repo and outputs a REBRIEF.md in ~30s: detected stack, a noise-filtered git history of real decisions, a risk map (hardcoded secrets, TODOs, missing tests), and a checklist of where to start. Fully local - no cloud, no API keys. Free, open source, MIT licensed.
