Qarinah 0.1.6 gives Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, CLI tools, and compatible MCP clients one local, cited project memory. Set it up once with npx, then switch agents without replaying full history. Published results: 442,113 to 5,682 estimated tokens across six software tasks (98.71% less, all required targets top-five); a 9,489 to 119 continuation capsule (98.75% less); and a complete cited pack of 1,039 tokens (89.05% less). Apache-2.0, local-first, no hosted account or API key.
