什麼是 PRTO？

PRTO forces you to pick your top 3 priorities instead of flagging everything as important. Most task managers (Todoist, Asana) let you mark everything as high priority, which defeats the purpose. PRTO uses a cascading Top 20% then Top 3 system with unlimited hierarchical nesting, so you organise work the way you actually think, then make real trade-offs. Priorities persist across days, eliminating the daily re-deciding problem.
