Stripe says active. Postgres says has_paid_access: false. Unit tests won't catch that. ProdVerdict runs the check in CI and blocks merge on FAIL. Six contracts: billing vs database, env drift, migration safety, API mass-assignment, webhook signatures, restore smoke. Fixed rules. No LLM in the check path.
