Naftiko Framework is an open source declarative framework that turns your existing APIs into reusable capabilities that copilots and agents can safely consume through MCP, Agent Skills, and APIs. The unit of work is a capability. A capability is a YAML file that declares what it consumes (APIs) and what it exposes (MCP tools, Skills, APIs. The Naftiko Engine reads the YAML at runtime--no code generation, no compilation, no drift between docs and what's running. The spec is the integration.
