Mendaro is an issue tracker for teams that support external customers. Reports arrive four ways: a conversational voice agent, an embeddable website widget, reply-by-email, or a form. Patchy turns each one into a structured ticket in the reporter's own language, with repro steps. Background triage suggests type, priority, spam score and duplicates for staff to accept or dismiss. Developers pull tickets into Claude Code or Codex via a built-in MCP server. Free plan available.
