什麼是 FormTwin？
FormTwin is a daily health hub built around an interactive 3D body twin—tap any muscle to see how to train it, and after a workout the muscles you hit light up. It also does workout plans, nutrition and macro logging, and habits, with a Today tab that gives a morning recap of your whole day. Start a workout or log food from Control Center. Built entirely on iOS 26, it works without an account, and there are no ads and no third-party tracking—your data stays on your device.
