DecideFactor is a free suite of 4 structured decision-making tools for teams: Interview Scorecard, Decision Matrix, Prioritisation Matrix, and an 8-step Problem Solving framework (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, SWOT, Eisenhower). Everyone joins via QR code, votes independently, and the session ends with a documented, consensus-driven outcome — exported to PDF or Excel. Nothing is stored. No sign-up for participants.
