什麼是 actup？

actup is a Go CLI that keeps your GitHub Actions dependencies current. It scansgithub/workflows for outdated uses: refs, then upgrades them interactively in a Bubble Tea TUI or hands-off with --no-tui. It warns about known breaking changes, previews edits with --dry-run, writes files atomically, and resolves tags as either major versions or full semver. Configurable throughactup.yaml; includes a pre-commit hook.
