I built a baby tracker focused on coordination, not just logging. The real problem: two parents, a grandparent, a babysitter everyone helps but the data doesn't travel with the baby. "When was the last feed?" gets asked a dozen times a day. Milli is a shared real-time timeline. Everyone sees the same data instantly. I also optimized hard for the 2am use case fast, one handed, no friction.
