It handles Razorpay payment checkouts, server-side inventory locking so items never oversell, a full admin panel for order and product management, real-time analytics, and a customer-facing storefront — all on Vercel with sub-400ms load times and zero infra cost. Built with React 19, TanStack Start, Firestore security rules & TypeScript. Achieved 100/100 Lighthouse SEO on launch. Live store shipping across India.
