It helps clinics, groomers, daycares, and trainers handle bookings, scheduling changes, reminders, routine questions, and staff follow-up workflows. Each business gets its own public customer portal for appointment requests, pet profiles, questions, and follow-up. Built multi-tenant from the ground up, TailWag keeps each business’s services, availability, data, and workflows separate.
