SynapseSec is a real-time security firewall for brain-computer interface (BCI) and neural signals. As neural devices grow, brain data becomes the most private data we have. SynapseSec protects it end to end: post-quantum encryption (ML-KEM-768 + AES-256), ML anomaly detection that blocks attacks in real time, and HMAC device authentication. A working, tested prototype with a live dashboard and lightweight design. Running on test signals, real hardware next. Built by a self-taught student. 💚
