OpenCeph is an open-source AI Agent operating system that can be deployed on your own devices. Different from the "you ask and I answer" mode of traditional AI assistants, the core concept of OpenCeph is proactivity — its MultiAgent system runs autonomously 24/7, responsible for monitoring, data collection, agent analysis and filtering, and only actively pushes notifications when something is truly worthy of your attention.
