DEI Nudger runs quietly during your Google Meet calls and coaches you toward more inclusive language — in the moment, not in a training session weeks later. When it detects non-inclusive language (e.g., microaggressions, ableist language), a small card appears with what you said, why it matters, and a concrete alternative. Then it disappears. After the call, you get a summary of patterns with trends across sessions. No account. No stored transcripts. Just a nudge when it matters.
