ActVer이란?
AI coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor tend to use outdated GitHub Actions versions. Asking them to look up the latest results in multiple API calls, each requiring manual approval. ActVer returns the latest version and commit SHA for any GitHub Action via REST API, MCP server, or Web UI.
