ytclip とは？
ytclip is a self-hosted web app and CLI for creating clips from YouTube videos — at the highest available quality, without touching a cloud service. Paste a YouTube URL, drag the in/out handles on the embedded player, choose your format, and download. That's it. Everything runs on your own machine.
