What is Rivex? A Python-Rust web framework powered by a Rust core. You write ordinary type-annotated Python handlers — a native Rust runtime (Tokio + Hyper) handles connections, parses requests, and encodes JSON. Familiar FastAPI-style ergonomics with native C-grade throughput.
