A companion to my Invoice & Cash Flow Tracker — covers the "before you land the client" stage. Single HTML file, no signup, no subscription. Build a proposal, auto-calculate the quote (hourly or fixed-fee), generate a print-ready PDF, and track your win rate as clients respond — Draft → Sent → Accepted/Declined. Everything is saved locally in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded anywhere.
