Standard desktop clients rely on USB MTP, which completely freezes when scanning massive Android folders. SocketSweep bypasses MTP entirely. It pushes a custom C++ daemon directly to your phone via ADB to run raw POSIX scans at bare-metal speeds. That data streams through a local Rust TCP bridge straight into a React Treemap UI.
