My app got rejected by Google Play twice for 'testers not engaged enough.' I was tired of begging in Facebook groups only to get ghost testers who uninstall after day 1. So I built BetaTribe — a free credit exchange where indie Android developers test each other's apps. Test someone's app → earn credits → spend credits to get testers for yours. Daily screenshot check-ins keep everyone accountable. No money. No begging. No ghost testers. Just developers helping each other pass Google Play.
