¿Qué es AgentBridge?

AgentBridge keeps your project context portable across Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity. It captures decisions, files, commands, tests, and remaining tasks into a shared memory layer, then injects the right context when you switch agents. Instead of re-explaining what happened in the previous tool, each agent gets a compact handoff layer for the same workspace. Currently macOS (Apple Silicon) only.
